Re: Press releases - While our self-interest is in press releases aimed at Wall St., the Fortune magazine article suggests a different route. Were I in TAVA's sales dept., I'd be lobbying hard for a PR campaign aimed at TAVA's potential clients. The Fortune article gives TAVA huge legitimacy, Jenkins promised he'd address PR with money, and this is the obvious opportunity. I don't think he'll miss the opportunity. I expect him to come to the next conference call with a PR strategy, but not necessarily one aimed directly at Wall St. I'd go for making TAVA the "brand" name in Y2K for embedded chip problems.

I also called Scott regarding the press release policy. He told me that he would have had to go through weeks of red tape to get BMY to allow another press release. I can confirm what you said, Thread needler--and even though we tend to blame Scott, the buck must stop with Jenkins. Scott can only release what the company allows him to. Jan
