Rod, I agree with you. Clik! when released and marketed will be bigger that ZIP and IOM will be a two trick pony. I just saw 9 for IOM on my screen. The buyers are comin' in. BTW investors are looking AHEAD, not behind. This will be a great turn around. SR

A couple things about Vapor! Zip is considered slow by today's standards. Vapor! is even slower. 40MB is only enough space to store just a couple of acceptable quality photos. (15MB or larger per photo to approach 35mm Quality). Iomega seems to be at risk of cannibalizing Zip sales with Vapor! especially if they push the laptop market. I'm sure VST could be very upset with Iomega if this happens. The $200 entry point for a mere 40MB is outrageous by today's standards. It is very suspicious when no OEM's have adopted Vapor! in all this time. The specs on the Iomega sheet could be theoretical targets- not actual real life test results (G-Shock, etc.) The actual test results potential OEM's came up with could be very different than what Iomega claims. The Flash Standard is in place and is backed by the entire industry. Iomega's Vapor! is backed by just one American company (Iomega itself), and 2 Japanese manufacturing licensees. >>In fact, anytime you "shrink" an electronics product you increase the quality ...<< There is one problem with this- Vapor! is a MECHANICAL device. Anytime you shrink a mechanical device, the tolerances become even more stringent and individual parts become very small and delicate.
