To the "thread," In what may well prove to be an unhappy development, TFS filed today a registration statement for the company's stock option plan. I think it is interesting that the filing took place the day immediately prior to the annual meeting. Certainly, there isn't sufficient time for shareholders to study the documents before attending the meeting. As an aside, the S-8 indicates that yet another Buchanan is on the TFS payroll. It seems that Jeff Buchanan's spouse Michelle is employed as an "environmental attorney" by TFS. Wow! <shaking head> I don't know a blessed thing about Ms. Buchanan, but it is very hard for me to believe that there wasn't a non-family related, competent, environmental attorney in all of Phoenix. These folks just don't care about appearances, do they?
