Well since the price is higher just cancell the order and re-enter it. But if it was a buy then you are out of luck. Nothign you can do about it. Yes its a system problem and if they are nice they will appologise for it. If its ETrade they would most likely say what problem? there was no stinking problem, the stock never even went near your price all year.

I just noticed that it wasn't sold and datek has a message saying" all orders that have not been processed and were placed between 9:45 and 10:20 will not be filled" <<<< Mary, it happened to me too around 9:55.. was trying to sell TSCN at $11 but did not get the same message as yours, my order did not go thru eventhough it ask for a "confirmation of my order" to process... still checking what happen...maybe we should address it to dateks thread here in SI and start howling at them.. =(( just me.. eL... add: just checked Datek's thread (11:20) in SI and YES they did have a major fouled up early at the open...lots of angry customers!! =(
