Gary,

Depending on who you ask, there are different spins on what will happen on May 21. However the more relevant points are that Thermo Tech Technologies has a contempt of court hearing that date with a Justice Cohen of the BC Supreme Court. At this hearing, the courts will decide to fine or not fine TTRIF, hand over or not handover complete blueprints and drawings to a licensee Trooper technologies, and/or add other penalties to TTRIF.

This hearing stems from a judgement made January 21 when TTRIF was ordered by the courts to hand over documents to Trooper Technologies. To note my bias, I am a shareholder of TPP. Thermo tech took more than a month to submit the documents to Trooper technologies, at which time they attempted to appeal, but failed.

Trooper Technologies believes that it was licensed the entire plant design of what is known as the "Thermo Master Plant". TTRIF disputes this claim. TTRIF handed over what was given over to TPP in 1992 with one additional addendum claiming that this is all that is owed. More recently a few weeks ago, because TPP did not believe it received the documents owed to to them, they asked the courts for "direction"; Justice Cohen did not render a ruling but deferred the matter to May 21.

TPP believes it is being (and has been) damaged irreparably. There are some who have suggested significant sums of money that it will be requesting will run up to 60 million dollars. This of course is being vehemently denied/supported depending on who you ask.

You may wish to read the past newsreleases of both TPP (on the vancouver) and TTRIF on Yahoo!. It is my understanding however that some newsreleases are missing on the TTRIF website. ttrif.com. The Trooper Technologies web site is trooper.com.

It would be also important to note that many TTRIF shareholders believe that this legal matter is trivial compared to the potential of the company. As an editorial note, I think this lawsuit has demonstrated the way management reacts to different situations. While I personally believe very strongly as to the potential of the company, there have been many many delays for the past several years. Proponents say however that it is different now and things are really starting to get underway with construction in Richmond, and proposed construction in different areas.

Whatever you do, I would strongly advise you to do extensive dd on this stock -- it does have the potential to go through the roof, but it is not without its risks.
