How does the stock market work across borders? Can I
be an arbitrage player? I see nice variances in the price
of SWEBF and TSE:SKI at times that given the exchange rate
I wish I could buy on the NASDAQ and sell on the TSE. The
float is the same across both exchanges right?

SWEBF 1.25 = $1.76 CDN
TSE:SKI 1.90 CDN

NewKidCo shareholder value:In Perspective.

On 4-20 SWEBF closed at $US 0.97 with ~13M shares outstanding => market cap= ~$12.6M. On the day of the announcement, 4-21, SWEBF closed at $US 1.38, with now ~18M shares outstanding, established a (fully diluted) market cap of ~ $24.8M...theoretically valuing the deal at ~$12.2M......or $US 0.68/share (fully diluted)...of course one must also consider/(may have also been playing a role in yesterday's trading?) pending releases/present value of Panorama CDWeb Publisher, HoTMetaL 5.0 (HoTMetaL 4.0 + Power Pack?), HoTMetaL Application Server (95, NT, Solaris), Simply Paperless, ... WebFiler.....in the scheme/shareholder value) of things
