Bill, the ATXI shares may be diluted also, say 2 for 3! Don't count that scenario out, as someone else on this thread has already mentioned this possibility. As Omnichrome (sp?) would say "be careful out there"! ;>)

It has been stated on this thread many times that the 4:1 ratio is not fixed. The ratio will be 3:1 or 2:1 or something else. It has been speculated (and this is my guess, too) that the ratio depends on the stock prices of FAMH and ATXI (e.g., the day an agreement is signed, or the average closing price for the previous 5 days, etc.). If true, you should absolutely NOT be buying ATXI because it gives you no advantage whatsoever. In fact, buying ATXI is a bad idea because if the merger falls through then you are stuck with shares of a company that has declining earnings and revenues.

Stick with FAMH. (IMO)
