To Mark AND ALL:

I just spoke to Dean in investor relations at ATXI. I asked him if the Friday Press Release implies that they are not interested in a FAMH merger. He said "what are you reading into it?" I told him it sounds like they are saying they don't need FAMH. He said "nothing has changed between us and FAMH at this point." He wouldn't give me any more than that. Strange conversation!!!

I hope this helps even though it isn't much.

I hope most of you won't jump ship yet. I think big things are close.

To Cheryl OD & Brad: From Jake 11 Dear Cheryl and Brad, my first post and I can't type, sorry. I've I've been lurking since last fall. WE have been buying FAMH since 25 cents and acculated xxxxxx shares, averaged 39 cents. We are here because of your D.D.,hard work and cari caring attitude that is evident in every post you make. Even though my wife and I have never met you we feel you are like friends we have not met. We are retired and living in Phoenix. Our broker from Dean Whitter called last night to invite us to lunch and visit the FAMH office. It is down the street from Dean Whitter on East Camelback Rd.. We have spoken to Ira twice and my broker was very impressed. My broker is from N.Y.C. and liked his dirctness. WE intend to visit the FAMH office on Thursday. Last year we lost $60,ooo in a non stock investment. WE believe FAMH will not only replace our loss but over the next 12 months will return our investment X 10. We want to thank you and many others on this thred for their D.D. Cheryl and Brad, We would love to met you and take to lunch or dinner as our guest. Please use our E- mail. Jake11 and Della.
