I have watched this pattern over and over. When volume is relatively low like it is today, it has been the calm before the storm. Low volume indicates to me that MMs are out of this one for the moment knowing news is imminent. Monday's crazy trading indicated to me that MMs were in a mad hurry to settle up on this one. Perhaps Collin can verify this on his charts. Priscilla

Psychprof, Thanks for checking into that. His response tells us that some really do read the press releases way too deeply. I think things are progressing. This is what we have been led to believe: 1) Thurs Conference Call 2) Fri FAMH send financials to ATXI 3) Mon FAMH releases financials to public 4) Thurs ATXI merger deadline for definitive letter of agreement. I will revisit my buy/sell decision Next Friday after these items have/haven't transpired. BCfan

PsycProf, I must say it is VERY DIFFICULT for me to believe that anyone is jumping ship NOW!! Although I can understand because I have only about 15% of the shares I owned back in Jan. or Feb., my investment then was VERY significant for me. Now, it's just LARGE. As much as I understand, I think bailing out NOW is foolish. The release of audited financials and the potential merger with ATXI is NEXT WEEK!!! Also, I still think the deal with Morton Downey, Jr. is very strange but it could make LOTS of $$. I will hold because the potential for this stock is VERY large AND the stock is already UNDERVALUED based on last years EPS and this year's number of shares!! (IMHO) long and strong on FAMH, later, leroyt
