I think Ira is putting ATXI in the pinchers. They will have the weekend for ATXI to sign the agreement or the price of FAMH will increase with the release of the financials and the amount of stock that ATXI shareholders have will be MUCH less valuable.

The impact of the exchange for ATXI shareholders is MUCH GREATER than it will be for FAMH shareholders.

I am a first timer here tonite, have lurked for a while, and have some FAMH starting at $ .19

I would add to your list the possibility that new contracts will soon be awarded to FAMH through Myriad. Ira told me in a phone call back in Feb. that there are co's ready to sign up significant deals with Myriad, but could not do so until the tax problem was settled. He repeated this in a recent CC.
