Seek and ye shall find sayeth Joseph Smith, Brigham Young and Orrin Hatch:

1. EnviroTech is OK AS IS for up to 7500 bbls per day. If the throughput exceeds 7500, the state wants to make sure excess dumping doesn't permeate any surrounding unused oil wells. The state feels a possibility of infiltrating those oil wells exists. This is done by capping those unused wells.(like if you have three tubes in a glass and you overload one tube, you need to cap the other two so that excess doesn't flow UP the other two.)

What the concrete is for is to protect the ground in the STAGING area where the trucks pull up to avoid any spillover as Class V is being pumped into the well. A concrete pad needs be poured in that area.
(KZ and 2 guys could do that job)

Thus, the article is incorrect in referring to these fixes without stating they are minor.

2. Conroe perforated, as stated in the news release, but too much WATER was found with the gas. The gas has permeated else where and new drilling will resume.

3. The sellers of the OK gas well did in fact demand stock as part of the deal. And I don't think it was for the tax write off.

A few answers.
