Guess we are off the meds today, eh? Ad hominem?
Maybe your pupils are too dilated to notice that I suggested executing pushers facetiously. See how the next sentence in that post reads "Seriously ..." Also, where does it say that I'm happy about the schools indoctrinating my children? Oops, it doesn't does it? Ooops!
In fact, I can't even have a beer without a lecture on alcoholism. I'm happy my kids are negative about drugs but I do happen to believe that the whole thing is overdone. That said drugs are a threat to our children even in a fairly rural community such as mine. The major threat obviously comes from the fact that when certain drugs are misused they can be fatal. Drugs can also sap our children in other ways that are not quite as drastic but which are harmful just the same. Maybe in your warped mind that's not a threat. Not in a rational mind however.

As usual, the standard response from someone like yourself who can't stand to have his own view of the world and the way things ought to work challenged is to attack the person. More's the pity for me since I was tempted to respond in kind. Since I don't share your warped view of things I am" ignorant" etc. You must be using some really good stuff comparing the Inquisition and burning of witches with putting the pushers and addicts who prey on people out of business. There is no connection. Your second rant sounds like you are awfully touchy about the subject. Obviously that commercial about "Your Brain on Drugs" was made with you in mind. JLA
