i have only some small clues: 1. manilla is near the top in most densely populated region/cities in the world. 2. i have therapist from the phillipines who tells me that the people are not as poor as one would think, however the gov't influence there is very heavy 3. if you follow JC's pattern he is going for the areas with dense populations, ie.. indonesia. value of all this is unkown and probably still unknown for sure by JC, but I bet you he has a good idea of what it is worth. nothing like being the man who stands next to the probable next president

Nothing!
The nat'l Govt. in Philippines doesn't "own" the local Telcos, And PLDT sure as hell won't share revenues with any one. Maybe some of the smaller Telcos, BUT not PLDT
