Enthusiastic,

Sorry for the delay. . . just got a copy of the IBD article. I found that its a printing of the April 2 news release. . . as follows:

First Jeff Foxworthy Restaurant Opens for Business

ASHEVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 2, 1998--Redneck Foods, Inc. (OTC:RDNK -
news) announced today that the first Jeff Foxworthy's Backyard Bar-B-Q restaurant has opened
for business in Kissimmee, Fla. to rave reviews by patrons. Opened initially without any fanfare,
business was good from customers who noticed the sign and stopped by.

Customer reaction to the restaurant was very favorable according to President David Womick. ''I
love seeing the smiles on the faces of our customers as they take in all of the visual treats which
make up the ''Redneck'' theme. Our American Grass Roots Foods(tm) and our dynamic flavor
profiles are being very well received by our guests from throughout the country. Kissimmee draws
tourists from all over the world and we are receiving raves for our products from every geographic
segment. Our gift shop which features a wide variety of souvenirs as well as our private label foods
is contributing approximately 25% of the gross revenues. We have been open for less than a week
and already we have families coming back three nights in a row they like it so much.''

When asked about the methods which make Foxworthy's Backyard Bar-B-Q unique, Mr. Womick
commented: ''We have developed a new cooking and marinating process which assures the
freshest high quality menu items and is at the same time close to fool proof allowing a high level of
consistency due to its employee friendly design. We are committed to being the leader in the
industry in terms of quality and, in time, in terms of size as well. The response from our customers
clearly confirms that we have achieved our first objective.''

According to Debbie and Steve Morehead, both certified Kansas City barbecue judges who visited
Foxworthy's to deliver another award for Foxworthy's Bar-B-Q Sauce, ''We travel the country
judging contests and sampling barbecue. Foxworthy's ribs come closer to competition quality in
terms of flavor and texture than anything we have ever tasted in a commercial setting. They are to be
congratulated.''
