F*1: A possibly succeeding technology will take the same place - bought by the same companies. sure, will take the same place on the buying side. I just dont know whether the seller will be called ADPT.

F*2: ADPT is quality company, no doubt about it. (I am a cheapo, bought something called Initio)

F*3: means SCSI "or the succeeding technology" is still to expand. No problem with this either.

F*4: you're right.
