To Alydaarlings, Please be patient with me. I've never been to a shareholders' meeting before. Will they have a list of names of shareholders or will we need to bring some statement showing we own at least one share? Also, is anyone allowed to attend the meeting, ie, can I bring a friend? I realize that only shareholders are allowed to vote. Does owning options qualify one for the shareholders' meeting? Thanks in advance to anyone who answers.
