Mark, talked with irwin this afternoon, he is heading out of country and will be back next week. He says they will have some financials to report to SEC in a couple of weeks. He says things look good and he has put alot of his money in company recently but they are looking for more financing right now. Could be the next K-tel, they have better technology, and talked to ladies in cali and said business is great for the up-coming live concert feeds.
