Would it seem combative to ask you where he got it? It is not scriptural in any sense. If it is a modern Yah thing, not mentioning the name of God, then Jesus would also have done it. As it is, of course we know that Jesus openly adored His Father, and constantly did nothing but point US to His Father, and does it make sense that if this was still to be so, Jesus would have referred to the Heavenly Father in mysterious language also?

This is something I am not really comfortable with only because I like to know where all things we do in God's name really comes from. To me it distances me from Him, and seems like we're talking more about a manifestation from another source.

Of course, what you do is not mine to decide whether it should or should not be used. I just believe it sounds more like something that isn't, rather than the Father of Jesus Christ, Jehovah, Jahweh, who IS.

What do you think about that?
