What the heck kind of comment is that? There could be all kinds of reasons not to hold the meeting at the corporate headquarters. Maybe their offices are not big enough to accommodate a large number of people. I know, they can always pay rent on an assembly hall or conference center or whatever to hold the meeting. But that is an expense that will be born wherever they decide to have it. Unless Arcon is footing the bill for the attendance of others, (which if they are, somebody sure forgot to tell me!) you really aren't talking about THAT much expense. And, how do you know how they plan to pay for it? Maybe they (the Arcon people) are covering their own individual expenses? There are just too many unknowns to assume that ANY money is going to be pissed away. There is enough "jumping to conclusions" on this stock as there is. Please, no more! Just my opinion :-) Binder
