Most distribution businesses grow a few percent a year. It's very rare to find one that grows this rapidly so its very hard to value on a comparative basis. Its also hard to give ONSL a PE because they dont quite have earnings yet, hence the 'internet hype' surrounding the stock. I don't disagree with your short, but I would caution you that institutional investors tend to look at these companies as 'concept' technologies and can bid them to stratospheric prices before reality sets in. You'll probably be right in the long run, but as any short seller knows, it can be a painful process in the interim. Good luck. AA
