>>Her excuses to talk in front of
the grand jury are just that, petty excuses.

Her lawyer astounded the sentient by charging the following:

Geragos charged in a news conference that independent prosecutor Kenneth Starr subpoenaed McDougal knowing she would not testify, which in turn would allow Starr to file a contempt of court charge against her.

I'm sure that anticipates the Clintonistas' future position, i.e., that Starr subpoenaed Slick & Co. knowing that they wouldn't tell the truth and therefore it's all tainted!

>>It's a given that SOOHEEEEE Mcdougal won't talk because she either fears that she will be arkancided and or she is protecting the crooked one.

No one seriously doubts that. They shut her up fast. Seems she wouldn't answer three question about Clinton though she had been offered immunity for everything but perjury:

... Mrs. McDougal refused to answer three questions from
Whitewater prosecutors - including whether President Clinton knew
about a fraudulent $300,000 loan she received 10 years earlier and
whether he testified truthfully at her trial....

Prosecutors offered her immunity before her last appearance - except
for perjury - and Mrs. McDougal still refused to talk, earning her the
jail term that is separate from her current 24-month prison term for a
1996 Whitewater conviction. She is being held in Los Angeles while
awaiting a trial on charges that she embezzled money from symphony
conductor Zubin Mehta and his wife....

By Clintonista standards, she is a paragon of virtue.
