Margins are unsustainably high, price competition killing revenue growth and intensifying competition from the most dangerous two words in networking: Cisco Systems. He who standeth in the way of Almighty Cisco is betting on the wrong chimp.

The firewall is as commodity a product as it gets. 38 million shares makes this stock worth about $15 in 12 months.

Threaders: argue all you want but CHKPF ain't going to survive if it can't find ways of making money away from Cisco.
