Jason, I am interested in your comment that they are trying to recover for his brokers gains as well. I would be surprised if they could link it directly what the broker made. That would be to open ended. That is not to say they couldn't tag him with a big fine that would be of similar magnitude, I am just wondering if an explicit linkage would hold up under appeal. Unless perhaps they are using some variant of RICO, which I still consider a huge violation of the Bill of Rights. Henry
