All I can tell you is: The gentleman with the ad company made a public announcement in order to salvage his reputation among the community, family and friends. From what I understand, he is fighting the charges at a great personal expense. (both monetarily and emotionally). I also understand that the SEC is pursuing him for the gains that the broker made on his transaction. I think that the SEC is going to have a difficult time with that one!!! but...they will make their point. Jason
