Keith, while you could use some communication skills, you do raise an issue that any rapidly growing company faces: How do you keep up with all the new business? It ain't easy and I'll bet that management at all levels is sweating b-b's over it. Try tripling your business in one year and tell me how you'd be doing with customer service. That's exactly right - you'd be running uphill. NXTL's competition would give their right arm to have NXTL's problems. ADVANTAGE NEXTEL! Arnie
