Arnie: Nextel running uphill, you bet, will the oxy hold up? Buying my client now.

From time to time I posted info from my wireless client in AZ. The response from you has been, Nextel has no interest in small out of the way providers. Well, perhaps you were right. However, Nextel bid on some good licenses and got stuck with some in Podunk (your words). My client is in Podunk, Az., close to Vegas, is in Vegas now discussing Nextel's buyout, relocation, or whatever. These are SMR licenses. My client thinks it's funny, Nextel is paying bucks for stuff they can't use. The Mot radios can't receive or transmit within the antennas, not enough power, need big battery packs. Remember Arnie, you blasted the crap out of me months ago when I mentioned this. It's OK, I forgot.

My new job is going to continue to do accounting for the profitable pager business and help my client spend the big bucks he probably will get from Nextel for the SMR business. (we hope it turns out that way)

I just hope Nextel isn't going to use your investment money to relocate or buy those crappy licenses.<VBG>

Arnie: Take this in jest, it's after tax season, I'm happy, the bank account is happy, I didn't loose my ass in the market yet, and most of all, we all woke up today. Another day we get to enjoy life.

Long time, no talk Arnie. The San Juans are nice, aren't they? This summer driving the motor home to Vancouver, leaving it there for awhile as a place to stay. At least the plans are to do that now, who knows.

Regards

Al G., get those drains installed.<VBG>
