Integral Adds Members to Its Board Of Advisors

MORGANTOWN, W.V., March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Integral Technologies, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: ITKG - news), today announced the addition of two
members to the company's external Board of Advisors, Rex Wisehart and
Lon Gillette. This Board of Advisors is comprised of seasoned experts in
business and individuals holding executive positions with the major
telecommunications companies in America, Europe, and Asia. The
twelve-seat Board of Advisors which now has five members will provide
support to management in the areas of business strategies, corporate
restructuring and planning, focusing, financial planning, market vision,
and the identification and securing of new technology opportunities. The
two members whose appointments were confirmed today are:

Rex Wisehart -- ''Mr. Wisehart has developed an excellent reputation as
a turnaround specialist for small and medium-sized companies. We can use
his experience to good effect,'' said Integral CEO Mark Williams.
Wisehart has been the President of Bellcad Group, Inc., a consulting
firm, for the past ten years. His career in business began over 25 years
ago and his experience in serving small- to medium-sized businesses will
prove valuable to Integral, a company which is now seeing unique and
rapid change. As a facilitator for change, Mr. Wisehart will assist the
company in such areas as: pragmatic negotiating, business and strategic
planning, corporate refocusing and restructuring, goal setting,
management communications, and new product introduction and marketing.

Lon Gillette -- ''Lon Gillette is the clearest thinker and best analyst
I have ever met,'' said Williams. Mr. Gillette has been president of Lon
Gillette & Associates, a consulting firm, since 1980. Mr. Gillette's
business career spans over 25 years with particular emphasis in R&D
administration, business analysis and planning, and corporate finance.
As Research Administrator at Cedar Sinai Medical Center for seven years,
he was responsible for an annual budget of $12 million, managing 89
research projects and over 200 employees. At Geophysical Research
Institute he served as an assistant administrator and contract
specialist, responsible for administrating the research grants and
contracts, primarily from National Science Foundation, NASA, and the
Department of Defense.

The Board of Advisors concept is one of the new management tools
implemented by Integral's Board of Directors and Mark Williams, the
company's new President and CEO. Mr. Williams said, ''During my initial
tenure at Integral, our focus has been to create solid foundations for
the company from which to build a successful business, and to create a
comprehensive plan for moving forward. Getting the right people into the
right positions is key to that success, and the Board of Advisors is
part of that overall process. The Board of Advisors adds significant
value to Integral and its shareholders by serving as both a long-range
business radar and as a team of hands-on internal consultants. The
Advisors bring their experience, awareness, insight, and business
contacts to bear on Integral's challenges in a way that a small company
like ours could never afford. By using the Board of Advisors approach
effectively, we can amplify the results that we can achieve with small
management teams. I have worked with both Lon and Rex before and I know
they will add a lot of value to Integral. We are very lucky to have
them, and all our Advisors.''
