Peter michaelson thanks for your response why don't you reimburse me $4500 and then sir I will go skipping along in a jovial manner. I will become a really happy camper and Ill even showup when you graduate from second grade. I also dont recall addressing you or asking your advice. Posts like mine help other people from getting burned, unlike posts like your which contribute nothing.

same thing happened to me today. Put a market order in when vvus was about $10, got confirmation, after 10 minutes in limbo (without even being able to cancel) i called Datek and a rep said their having problems...don't do anything it should go through at that price and don't buy anything in the mean time. 45 minutes later i call back and get the same answer. 15 minutes after that (vvus at 12+ now)was told u probably won't get it... if u want it put new order in (at 11 3/4) can they do that? is there anything i can do to make this right? thanks in advance.
