Wayne,

I don't really agree with you. There is no sense of desperation here. The score has been properly stated by BCfan and others. A few have decided to go elsewhere (which I think is REALLY foolish) but the rest of us seem to know the score.

The release of financials and the reverse merger with ATXI will (might) send this stock flying.

IMHO, both of these moves will bring in lots of new investors and put strong pressure on the share price.

I have gained confidence in Ira over time. I don't like the rapid multiplication of shares but I think the number of shares have been added before the ATXI merger because of the much higher degree of accountability. I also think that the management has figured how many shares can be added to get the stock up to at least $4-5 after the reverse merger and keep the stock price rising relative to what it is. I think we will make money (as the management needs to keep us happy) but not as much as we might have without the rapid proliferation of shares.

Nevertheless, I think the furry of the growth, expansion, and merger of FAMH is worth the reward --- do not get me wrong.

long on FAMH, go get 'em this weekend Ira, hope you feel better,
later, leroyt
