TTOSBT,>>>THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED NOW. <<<

It is one thing to provide analysis whether it is negative or postive and making recommendations for buying or selling - but it is something else to mount a PR campaign to talk down a stock. There has to be difference. Count the number of times that either kurlak or Merrill Lynch issues statements whenever Intel prices go up and the correlation of that with the prices dropping after negative statements are broadcast on commercial television during trading hours.

However, it really can't be up to the small investors to launch a complaint. If Intel doesn't say anything about this and from their silence we have to assume they somehow agree with Tom Kurlak or Merrill. Are they, Intel, trying to send a message to the small investor? I hope not.
