I heard that in trying to get business off the internet, AMTD is taking a loss of around 2 dollars per transaction. Has anyone else heard the same?

I strongly hope you all eventually leave Ameritrade and go to Datek which seems to be the only e-broker for traders! Thus you will leave me alone with Ameritrade with then much better performance and service as they would be able to concentrate on me alone...;<))

More seriously: yesterday I put a market order to sell 100 PSFT. With JB Oxford's Real Time Quotes I saw the order executing within one minute. About 10 minutes later I saw the order filled at my Ameritrade account and about at the same time I received a confirming e-mail of the trade.

Conclusion: Their trade confirming service seems to get much better than before, although it's far away from being good!
