I doubt TDW's earnings will surprise either way. I'm more concerned about comments that may be made in the conference call. Hopefully we won't here the term 'lower day rates down the road'.

I think the reporting process is pretty chaotic in these stocks. They rarely report when they planned one quarter ago, it's not unusual, and not necessarily bad news when they don't report on schedule.
