This is patently false and you should be embarrassed for printing it.

ONSL had revenue of $40 million and cost of sales of $37 million for gross profit of $3 million. SG&A expenses and interest were $9 million.

That means REVENUE NEEDS TO TRIPLE (at least) TO BREAK EVEN. Probably even more to cover the implicit marginal SG&A and additional margin pressures from competition.

It is impossible for this company to ever be profitable.

This is really a proof of concept story. If the management of the company is able to execute this model on a sustained basis, the valuation is immaterial. So far things have gone well, but the inventory control situation is a serious red flag that needs to be watched.
