I was. They make a big deal about 60 second executions or its free. Well I place a buy order yesterday which was confirmed at 10:01 then the site goes nutty on me and I finally get back on at 10:20. No biggie my order went through at 10:10. cost me 1/16th. no biggie. call Datek today to find out what was going on with MAXX and decided to get my 10 bucks back. They tell me that even though it was confirmed at 10:01 it did not go through their system til 10:09:30 and therefore it was executed in less than one minute. I say OK. Hang up and start looking for another broker. See ya Datek ht david
