did it take an hour and 15 minutes to talk to someone? i was on hold for 30 minutes talk to the techies there and they admit they have a problem with slow website, i'm ripping in to this guy, they have a fucking five minute non use bounce out of the system which i think is just stupid, and then it takes 10 minutes on a good day just to get back to the trading screen. then he refers me to some compensation dept , on hold another thirty minutes,and this guy is yanking my dick that they have no evidence of any of my trades, well no shit, if the fucking system crashes the info is gone,genius, then he goes on to tell me how good their system is and all these servers they have,i tell him what the techies are telling me, then he says why didn't you call right away, 8&$&^#$^%(,I BEEN ON FUCKING HOLD SINCE IT HAPPENED!!! then he says well no evidence we can't do nothing, if a thousand people call with the same problem how do we compensate them, and i told him for as long as i been on hold i bet more than a thousand called!!! i got some things bookmarked i'll pm you, if i find something.
