Jason,

WinStar has already convinced large companies to use the service, and the reliablity issue is "old news". Pac Bell signed a deal almost a year and a half ago, and quality has never been an issue.

As neither an accountant, nor an analyst, I have to depend on "experts" for financial projections, and the experts are pretty convinced that WinStar's future is extremely bright.

I guess, if you went back to the earliest days of any success story growth company, you would probably come up with the same analysis; losses, debt etc. That's why this stock is such a good buy right now. You are welcome to watch as the price keeps going up and up. If you wait for 2Bill in revenues and the concurrent profits, you can still buy in, only it will cost a lot more.

Most of us on this thread have owned this stock for a long time, and watched the ups and downs. But the trend points one way, IMHO, and that is up up up.

Good luck.

Jason,

The wireless business is nowhere like the Fiber or Wired business. You must understand this first before proceeding with this investment.

In the Wireless business, you return virtually 50 % or more of your investment the following year. If you borrow money at 12.5% per year but can return 50% who wins. Both the investor wins because that is all they wanted or they wouldn't have signed on and the Co wins because they are smart with the investors money. So now calculate who wins after 5,7 & 10 yrs and you will see why WCII has done the deals that they did. Making money off of other peoples money is not a new concept. It's just new to a lot of investors who are not up on the concept of borrowing money to make money.

If not, you should learn more about it because it's the norm of the Telecomm industry and also of most growth CO's. How much do you think MCI or MSFT floated before they made it to where they are today? Dereg in local telecom presents the same opportunity.

Take advantage of it!!

If you don't believe in it then go buy the Dow stocks which will get rocked soon for a 5-10% drop.

See Ya!

Ric D.

P.S. I have not wavered on my July 40 calls and will stand by them as the MORE aggressive approach to this stock. "aggressive " being the key word!!!!! Crusify me as you may but be also willing to trade!
