The information i am seeing is now showing 37,217,000 shares outstanding. The last figure i can find that i had written down is from July '97. It was 32,970,000. If i am not mistaken, shares outstanding a week or so ago was somewhere around 33-34 million. Does anyone have the figures for shares out? I assume this is from convertables getting converted. Someone please straighten me out on this. If there was an increase in outstanding shares from say 33 to 37 million, this would account for roughly 10 % drop in the share price.
Regards to all,
Dub

[Just back from some meetings and a local fiber/Cat5,6&7 teach-in. More again tomorrow]

Ric-

Glad I added to my Jan 99s over the last three days. I bought (personal) Jans for two reasons, the first is that I have some sizable IRAs and SEPs that I want to rollover this year, and I need to come in under $100K adjusted gross. So I need to defer generating any tax consequence until 99. And second, irrespective of rumors to the contrary, I really don't think (perhaps just wishful thinking) that WCII would sell this year.

I have read posts back before I got involved in Nov (if Jason were a serious investor and not just a "mouth", he would read a ways back as well) and note that your contributions have been insightful.

Does your crystal ball indicate something drastic could be in store BEFORE 99? I am curious of your Jul time frame. Also, you previously suggested deep in the money calls. This also perplexed a number of us. I was hoping for some further comments/insights.

TIA

Steve
