Thought I'd mosey on down and check out Pratt and Silver King Mines. I wonder how the 1989 investment in copper played out? After reading the thread I have to admit it's a good one. Gaston et Jepsen, Cooper, Frazior, and what happened to McGaughey? I think I first talked on phone to Pratt in 1985. He was bullish on his company. He's always bullish. Back then he and his sidekick hung around the office, nothing to do, feet up, chewing hay, talking and daydreaming about the big strike coming. Never came, but here we are much later and it finally looks like they hit pay dirt. Was that Dwight Taylor I just saw slinking around?

I would like to make a suggestion about how to end up with the green. Buy but don't sell. Don't trade. Just assume you're in a bull market for gold. If you want when your investment is up 1,000% you may sell. By trading you just undermine all your knowledge, skill, and devotion to your conviction. Stand by your conviction. Have faith. There is no other way to succeed in life at anything but through faith. It's hard, very hard to believe, but it is always true and pays you off here (He strikes his chest). Go in and buy ALTA now. Don't be clever, don't be cute, just hope you buy at a near term top. That will keep you long. Eventually it'll go through your purchase price. Don't sell. Buy more. You buy on the way up. You don't average down; average up. You try to buy each lot at higher prices. It keeps you long and you doubt all the way up. But faith defeats doubt and success follows. That way you end up with the green and the gold.
