Lee, TraderGreg hit the nail on the head. It is a reverse merger. According to the news release, current Mgt. of ICVI will resign. ICCI, ICVI, or whoever the hell we are will change its name when the deal is done. We will then be invested in another company with new management and direction. How long will it take for the deal to be completed? Who knows! It is a "letter of intent"..... Nothing signed in blood. I, for one, am optimistic that we NOW have a future. Just My Humble Opinion, Sly__
