They are a 2nd and 4th quarter company. Why this cycle ... I don't truly know, but it was mentioned in the conf. call (I heard from another investor, didn't hear the call for myself). Look at the year over year results. 98 1st qtr NI is greater than 97 1st qtr sales!!! I view this as growth!!!!! Yes ... your point on the tax rate is well-taken, but previously understood. As to the management of other expenses ... bully for them!! This is what I strive for everyday I get up to run the finances at my company!! Either way, I look at the report as a very successful quarter. I look at the MSFT factor as an unknown that will not show itself for 2 years. Unfortunate to see this happen ... especially in the manner it did. Getcher
