David, I think too many posters are having a little trouble when trying to understand what store FNet will be spending that $100+ million of IPO money in.
Bruce am I wrong to assume that when and if FNet buys lets say 50Ms of product, that FTel will record the revenue for a sale yet still own 68% of the product that it just sold. Some one correct that thinking if I am wrong please. If not that is a huge Hmmmmm

Don't matter where they spend that money. If it's with FTEL, it would still be "all in the family". Just passing it from one balance sheet to another within the same company. Even though FNET is spun off, no one is going to look at FNET $$ going to FTEL as a "sale". A sale MUST come from outside FTEL/FNET or this stock will NOT move.
