I don't think you can compare those companies to TDFX today. The 3D market was no where near as large as it is today. The installed base of hardware and the amount of software already written and being written represents a huge investment in capital. TDFX branding is amazing given the nature of the product. The internet has brought together millions in a way that no one could have predicted. Individuals have access to more investment research and can trade at much lower costs then ever before. 3d games are exploding both at home and on the net. Up until now, TDFX technology has been first rate and at the cutting edge. I expect that this will continue because this is a reflection of their management and technology people. Who knows what will happen two years from now. There is lots of money to be made in this market now and I think TDFX can make most of it. Enjoy the ride. Joe C.
