Thanks for the post. It is obvious to everyone but Barb
that there have been illegal shorts in Solv-Ex. Kroll,
told Solv-Ex of a a series of manipulative practices.
Kroll is the world's leader in investigative matters,
handling over 11,000 investigations worldwide for its
clients, including many Fortune 500 companies, in the
last five years. Since most Kroll agents are retirees
from the FBI, it is not a stretch that, adding the
power of subpoena, a federal investigation will
eventually show the deceit, false stories and naked
shorting that precipitated the rapid decline in price
of Solv-Ex stock. This caused SOLV to turn to the reg s
whores which only increased the shorting.

In addition, have you noticed that Bear Stearns(largest
securities clearing firm) has been added to the Solv-Ex
unsecured creditor committee? What are they doing
there? ILLEGAL SHORTS!

Here's the docket:

Barb, I'm not picking on you. I just want you to see
the other side.
