it is 10:26 am here and 2 am on NAQ's clock , hopefully finally their maintenance is over
someone probably forgot to set his alarm clock and got to work late
i bet
all that was needed was to turn the power on at the main switch
but that wans't in the job description of anyone other than the one who finally did it
