elk you are right and wrong, the wrong part is your statement of not as important is the actual going on exchange. i have said this a zillion times, a lot of brokers and houses cannot buy this stock as a bb because of blue sky reasons. this actual getting on the exchange will allow brokers to solicit this beauty to their clients without blue sky restriction. so this event will be huge. the number of states that dgiv isnt blue skyed in, is still rather large. macker
