I don't think so. It should of hit those targets after their 1Q and 2Q news released last week. That fact that it rallied after all that bad news was a positive, IMHO. While it ain't going up any time soon, I do feel that in a year from now, this will be looked at as the bottom. Hopefully there will be some good news waiting for us in the second half of the year.

I think that there is a good chance that this will go to new lows. At the present time there is not any reason for it go go much higher so the path of least resistance is lower.

On a side note, the 2001 series of LEAPS become available for WFR at the end of May. does anyone know how they determine what strike prices will be available.
