Thanks, Jim for the answer. i have not bought the stock yet but I may just get some shares do you think this is a good price or will it go down? I wish the software site was up but all I see is "comming soon".I have some frinds in an investement club too that I should tell . Thank you , TLC

finalize the ownership rights... lots of stuff to do... But I thought they already owned rights to the software. What's the story here? Time is running out, you know; Y2000 is just around the corner. I was thinking of getting in, but now I'm not so sure.

Awww shucks, Jimmy. Now ya got me all bewildered like a hen on a ostrich egg. You see, you said here: Message 4194981 "THE CSHK y2k software will be programmed to FIX as many problems with applications as possible." But I checked there website and it don't say that: 11th-hoursw.com "11th Hour is a diagnostic program that searches through every file, EVERY FILE, and compares it to its proprietary database for Y2K compliance, upon discovering a noncompliant file or program it notifies you and tells you where to retrieve the patch, if one exists." Then I checked that "newsletter" pennystock.com ...and it says: "A list of the affected programs will appear on the screen along with the information on how to order the pertinent manufacturer's software patches to solve the problem specific to the software involved." That don't sound like it's a fixin' anything. Now I wonder&#151you're one of them Computer Science guys and you didn't catch none o' that and shucks, I can't even send email without the missus helpin' me out. I was just wondering, what part of Computer Science did you study? A database list sure don't sound like a fix from where I been readin. An' shoot&#151it shore don't sound like anyone needs to buy a database list cuz' whenever new virgins of prodicts comes out an' upgrades an stuff&#151well, seems like the market is able to find them with no trouble anyhow. I ne'er heard of nobody needing to get a database list to find out about the latest releese of Netscape, for example. Or Word. Or Quicken. Or Excel. Or Norton Utilities. See what I mean, Jimmy? Are you sure you been the computer industry?
