Bill, I don't in way believe that current management feels it unnecessary. For the most part, they are in the same waiting game as the rest of us. There is little of substance that can be added in that vein. Grant has been around E-distribution since before there was a world wide web. He is definitely working to forward the company's position. There is little or nothing that can actually be done on the legal front in the US while waiting for the Court. I think you know my personal feelings about communication, but I want to stress that they are personal. I believe that Grant is communicating with those shareholders who communicate directly with him (as Mel has stated). I also think that it is reasonable to assume that Grant, like me before him, is doing other things as well. For a time, I devoted 100% of my time to E-data, but that changed based upon the legal situation. I can assure you that I know Grant and the other Directors pretty well and none of them are sitting and doing nothing. Arnie
