could someone explain something to me?

I don't know if I am making a big deal of this, but yesterday I was watching the "real-time" TCMS trades, when suddenly, with the bid/ask at 12/12.125, a 100,000 share block went through at 12, I assumed that was a sell. But, that same SECOND another 100,000 share block went through at 12.125, I assumed that was a buy.

Now, am I to assume that this is the same 100,000 share block? I have heard that Nasdaq volume "double-counts" yet never noticed it before, is this what is meant by that?

Or, am I making a big deal out of a coincidence of 2 100,000 share blocks going through the same second, one a sell, one a buy.

Looking at your post I'm wondering why hold? Buyout is likely off, earnings are poor, sector is weak. I know I must be missing something. What's left to drive the price up?
