Shouldn't the papers be filed in the next day or so from the merger? This stock is holding it own for now, if the papers are filed next week I would bet that we see at least 3

I'm wondering myself....The way some people are commenting on the YAHOO thread about ATCT, it sounds negative as far as earnings since the company is late to post again. One thing is a certainty, and that's that the merger is going to affect this company one way or the other. within the next few months, this stock is going to move one way or the other pending news releases and earnings reports...IQI has to show there cards too, now that they will be a publicly traded company...
